As a martial artist, I’ve learned a few things in my short career that have helped me to limit the number of injuries received while training and testing. While it’s almost impossible to avoid ever having an injury, there are some significant steps you can take to make sure your time on the dojo floor is safe as well as educational. Apply these to yourself, your fellow classmates, and your students.
