In my house I have have energy saving light bulbs in all of my lamps and ceiling lights.They also last quite awile too.Say if you needed a regular 100 watt light bulb.The energy saving light bulb is 25 watts but puts out the same amount of light as a 100 watt light bulb would do.There is not only light bulbs that are equivelants to 100 watts.There are also equivelants to regular 75 watts,60 watts,40 watts,25 watts bulbs.Imagine if you would change all your lights in your house to energy saving light bulbs and how much money you would save per year.You can get these bulbs at your local hardware stores,some department stores,major hardware stores.I hope this tip helps you out.
