Did you know that Democrats created the Jim Crow laws and Poll Tax. Did you know it was mainly Democrats who wore the sheets. But the Democrats figure it out that they no longer needed to wear the sheets. All they needed to do is, create the welfare state substitute a check for a father in order to keep the black man down.
