I had to take out my first ticket with bluehost.com. The confirmation page suggested I might wait as long as 48 hours. How long did I wait? No more than three minutes, problem solved. I told everybody who would listen all day about that. They host something like 600,000 domains, at at 7:00 AM east coast time, they are on top of incoming tickets in less than three minutes.
