As a mother, chef, business owner and author of "10-minute meals", I have something to say. I feel like I've lived several lives though I'm a young 41-year-old. HELLO, warts are a virus. If you eat it off with acid, it does not cure it. If you freeze it off, it does not get rid of the virus. It MIGHT get rid of it for a while. But it Might return. If you follow my simple steps, you won't get one in the first place. It works. And, it's soooooo easy!
First, viruses come and go. But for the most part your body can and will keep most of them at bay. However, if you are not eating healthy or you are stressed, overworked, tired, and eating poorly, your body will not function at it's optimal level. I know you've heard it a million times but it really is the key to most diseases. Show me any disease and I will show you a body that is deficient in nutrients of some kind.
There is hope even if you aren't eating at your best. It does come in a pill. They are called vitamins. Vitamin A (Fish Oil) 2 capsules , Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C 1000 mg, Vitamin E 400 i.u. It is best to get these in their natural state. Salmon, Leafy green vegetables, walnuts, eggs, broccoli are all good choices for the
natural forms of vitamins. It won't hurt to take the vitamins as well as eating these foods. Broccoli, in my opinion, is the miracle veggie. Not only does it provide vitamins: A & C it offers a nice dose of calcium that your body desperately needs. Besides fiber, broccoli also offers a decent amount of iron.
One more thing, please don't neglect getting a little sun (about 20 minutes) without sun block. You need to expose as much of your body as possible. Your body will produce much needed vitamin D. That little nutrient helps you absorb calcium.
If you do this for about two weeks straight, your wart will simply fall off. I knew a woman who had a child that was covered with warts. I gave her this information.
