Customer service is still terrible. Seemed no one understands when it calls for them to resolve an issue. I am filing a BBB complaint about my gift card credit that they have no idea how to reimburse, or find, or understand it is still pending in my account. Sheesh!

After finding the number on-line last month, then to look today and need it to straighten out a billing error, it was nice to find this information, it was really helpful, still holding for an agent but at least I'm one step closer to resolving my problem, thanks

Thanks for posting this number! I am so frustrated with customer service these days. Everyone is using emailing as a cop out for dealing with matter immediately over the phone. It was impossible to obtain their phone number off their website! It is getting to be quite frustrating.

been on hold for over 10 mins (and counting) now waiting for their team member to take a look at my charges... but thanks for posting the number. pretty impossible to obtain otherwise

Thank you so much for posting this number! I just called to cancel my on-line acct and would not have been able to without this number. I can't believe they dont post a customer service number on their website!!!!!
I have to admit the person who helped me was very nice. We will see if any strange charges come through on my acct though.... |

When a company does not list a phone number, that means they can't handle the large amount of complaints. I never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever... ever buy or rent ANYTHING from Blockbuster. Their are soooooo many alternatives. Why should I?

I rent TV shows on DVD. Twice in one week I received the wrong disc or season. After calling customer service numerous times and waiting a few days for things to work out, I finally asked to speak with a supervisor. She was extremely helpful. She gave me an extra month free and, since then, no problems.
When speaking with a supervisor, I highly recommend remaining calm and explaining your situation as clearly as possible. The supervisor assured me that "this will not be tolerated". I told her I did not want to get anyone in trouble, but I was frustrated at misinformation and no wrong and/or no DVDs being mailed. Everyone I spoke with offered me an e-coupon to use at my local BB. I explained I did not want it because my BB was not so local. That's when I asked if I could be sent an additional DVD or two to make up for lost time, blah, blah, blue. That's when she gave me the additional month. You can catch more bees with honey than with vinegar. It has always worked for me, no matter what the issue. Good luck. |
