Today, February 1st, is National Wear Red Day. If you aren't up and at 'em yet, keep this in mind when you do roll off the computer chair and start preparing for the rest of your day.

Founded by the American Heart Association, National Wear Red Day was developed in order to promote awareness surrounding the dangers of heart disease in women. Contrary to popular belief, breast
cancer is NOT the number one killer of women (though it may be the #1 cancer).

Heart disease is the number one killer of women in the US. Girls, remember to get a physical and eat a healthy, well balanced diet. There's no reason why this disease should win with you!

Happy Friday!
