Not that anyone cares, but I have lost a total of 9.2 pounds so far! Yeah! I weigh in again later today and am curious to see how much I have lost this week. I have been sticking to the Weight Watchers Point system yet I have eaten really anything I wanted. I eat less and now am aware of what I am eating and it has made
all the difference. I am learning to make good choices and I feel better. I am drinking a lot more water also. That's why I love Weight Watchers - it's not a diet at all - it's about portion control, good choices, and eating healthier. The way we should all be eating, but with accountability which I need desperately.
