Well first off sorry for the slow updates. I have been busy with the end of the semester stuff. For an art student this means prepping and getting artwork ready for display in shows. So that was time consuming and costly. but its done now and though I did not make any direct sales I got a lot of interest and two big opportunities. One to hang a painting of mine in a tattoo parlour here in town, which is a huge compliment and some validation in what I am doing. Not to mention the Artists who own it are in my opinion easily among the best in Victoria, so for them to take notice of my work is nothing short of overwhelming for me. I also have the opportunity to hang two of my photos in a very high profile spa at a resort/spa here in Victoria called bear mountain. You can take a look at the photos here:

 

 

I will be selling Limited edition prints of all of them sized at 11 by 14, professionally printed and on archival quality material of your choice or default on high quality archival photo paper. As for the update on domain ownership, Well. As some of you regular readers may know, I bought the domain www.canadamerchandise.com I had held onto it and drove traffic to it as best I could for a couple months. Ownership cost me 6.95, I managed to sell it off to a domain reseller for 120 dollars. So I made quite a profit, I will be purchasing more domains in the future and trying out my first method to see if this was a fluke or if i managed to find a way to make money selling domains. I will fill everyone in on the situation as it develops, until then though you can know you can make money through reselling domains, 120 bucks was a small amount compared to what i know some people get, but for a first time buyer/reseller its not bad eh?
