Meet KiBong...

So, take a look and you'll see I have a new user icon. The darling picture of yours truely at the early age of 3 or 4 has been replaced with a picture of our family's new puppy, KiBong. I mentioned our family member, Shelby, passed away the week before Thanksgiving, and my parents adopted KiBong just this past weekend.
KiBong (pronounced KEY-BONG), is derived from the name of our martial art style's
So, KiBong, a labrador retriever, is just your basic puppy, which, of course, means he's full of energy!
Just thought I'd share!

Cute puppy congrats. I think your mistaken though, Are you maybe thinking of QiGong? which is a martial art, I could be mistaken too, but I have never heard of kibong before...but have known people to practice qigong |

To answer a question. I am not confusing Ki Bong with "Qi Gong" (or any of it's other spellings." Qi Gong is a martial art. Ki Bong is the first part of the name of a basic form in Tae Kwon Do
