I don't want to seeem country, but I'll be damned!!  I work midnights for Ford Glass in TN and I always fall asleep, either at work or in the car when I'm out in the parking lot about to go home.  I get home.  I knock out for hours because I have been hitting the Starbucks Doubleshots or Rockstar Energy Drinks.  Forget all that.  I decided to go out on a limb after my stupid friend came in to work all chipper one day after a long weekend of partying.  It's not like some kind of day-after pill that will take away the hangover, and it certainly isn't an "all-natural" supplement.  But he says that all the vitamins in that little bottle of 5-hour energy are that he needed to get up and get moving on the way to work.  He'd slept all day he says and had to get gas.  But on the way out he decides to give the stuff a try and he says it started working in minutes.  I thought that he was full of bunk, personally.  But I figured if he can come in
and be ready for a long day of work, I might as well give it a try.  I went to the gas station on our first break at like 2 a.m. (which I hardly call a break...I'm at work at 2 in the morning) and got one.  I drank when I got in the car and I'll be damned!  By the time I got back to work I was ready for the night.  I wasn't supposed to be done working until 7 a.m., but I was done way before that.  The thing that bothers me is that I still felt tired, but for some reason whenever I sat down I was right up doing something else.  It's like mixing alcohol and coffee.  (Already not a good mix, trust me.)  But you drink enough and you want to go to sleep because you're relaxed, but at the same time you can't because you're too wired to sit down.  It's a funny mix when you think about it.  Anyway, believe it or not I have been up for about 16 hours and it feels like I've only been up for a couple of hours.  It's like $3 and some change per bottle (and the bottle is only 2 ounces, not a good price) but it actually works.
