You don’t want to be number one million trying to climb to the top of the heap.

You’ve written a headline. You’ve studied swipe files. And by God you are impressed with yourself. Only, it has misspellings and no punctuation and is convoluted.

The first thing your headline should do is at least make something clear. It needs to do more but at least that. And a headline needs a concept which needs a marketing or position strategy.

With all the hype surrounding RFS, the Reverse Funnel system, Global Resorts Network, GRN, has been swept up in all the fury. In some cases it is profiting. But in terms of reputation, it’s taken a beating. Unjust? Well deserved? Let’s take a look.

RFS is just a marketing system used by some in GRN. Global Resorts Network is apparently not affiliated with the Reverse Funnel System company at all.  So what is GRN all about? It is listed in the BBB in the category of  “Timeshare Campground/Resort Companies”. Which is actually not unlike the Disney Vacation Club, also a timeshare that allows you travel deals at places other than where you have your timeshare deed.

We love that word, don't we? We fall for it all the time and will until the end of time. To Americans and the world, this is the sexiest word, the best hook. What is a funnel system?

It took a while to find objective information on the existing funnel system and the new "reverse funnel system" is the funnel system a new twist. Their approach is so powerful they fill up a lot of the organic Google space with the company mantra. Funnel systems. also knows as MLM-Multi-Level Marketing for selling, have been around for a while. Basically, the idea is to get someone in on the ground floor to buy a product, say a CD about using a tool, and then once they've used it and sold on the quality of your content, they return and purchase the more expensive multi-CD series that explains how to frame an addition to your house. If the content provided is good, the consumer benefits and the seller benefits by making money and earns a higher percentage off the next tier product. The consumer will shop for how-to videos from you because you've proven you know what you're talking about and you're providing a quality product. That's the 30-second funnel system lesson. There's nothing dishonest about it at all, it's just good marketing. 

Most people consider that choosing a loose diamond and then a setting is a "custom-made ring". But this is actually an "off the shelf" setting and typically what you'll find at many online dealers. They change the head, plop the diamond in there and ship it to you. Ready-made settings are typically higher on the finger. These settings are referred to as castings and this article is not referring to those but rather ring settings that are put together to fit your diamond and your taste.
