Ever since the Enlightenment preachers are encouraged to be dramatic in their sermons. It is more appealing to people, so they really listen. The locations may have changed, but it is about the same.

Well, Brother,

What do we say to ones that want convenience with they're sermon? We could have all day church in a strip mall department store with a bible study department, prayer, baptism, infilling of the Holy Ghost, tongues and theology department. Coffee with that, even a donut. Bookmark anyone? One stop charity donation. For a nominal fee, Western Union tithes to the church of your choice. Get your preach here sister! Halleluia, Glory to God! Praise him with the highest praise!
Truth is where we fall short God's grace is sufficient. Now that is something to shout about! But I would want to do my shouting being called one of the great in the kingdom. To do the greatest for God not my least.
I do have an inkling Jesus might turn that sign over just as he did the tables in the temple. When we worship can we not give our all to God? Just as when we pray we want his all in our lives. I want to feel him, know his eyes are turned toward me feeling every ounce of the pouring out of my heart. Understanding and working in my life. The life of his daughter and future bride of Christ. My Father, my Creator and me, us, his creation whom he loves interacting as our spirit communes with the Almighty's. I take so much comfort in that. And he is worthy of our praise! Worthy! Lord God almighty let us not be reduced to one stop worship, having a divided mind, heart and soul. Let us give our all to you as you have sacrificed your all for us.

Gather yourselves together in worship that you might pray for one another, lifting up in exhortation your brother and your sister to God the our Father who receives the prayers of his people, bestowing gifts one to another. Forsake not the assembling of yourselves.

Yes we can in a storefront... if we are of one accord.
