There is nothing that I hate more than some wacko fitness guru asking me imagine myself.....'.I don't need an imagination to live in the reality of exercise.I find it counter productive and a waste of valuable training time, but I could be wrong.Maybe its best to slow down and to get within yourself. To focus.I suppose we all have our own method .That is the principle of individual difference.
So as I imagine myself floating on a cloud or being pulled up by strings,I wonder if I am wasting my powers of imagination on such trivial accomplishments.Anyway it all boils down to contractions.Muscle response to various load application. As I try to find where my comfort zone [floating on a cloud], intersects with my competitive Nature,I achieve a balance.I am now 'turned on'.
What turns you on?how do you prepare yourself for activity? Are you forgetting to prepare yourself, beforehand?Do you feel at home when you enter the workout space?
You should be exited about the opportunity to fire your engines and rev up the metabolic processes that give you life. You should be confident that the expierience will be a positive one.You should also be thankful that you are able. There resides in each one of us,the child we used to be.And this expierience is a connection to that child,.this expierience is pure and good. There aren't any negative aspects to exercise.when you enter the realm of exersize, you have placed yourself in a good space. It's a time to test the parts of your body, assess they're condition and learn to improve theyre functionality. Its all connected so when the parts are working properly, you feel better, you sleep better, you have more energy. You feel good. Whether you get there by imagining yourself
floating on a cloud,or rowing a Viking ship,or like me,you focus on your workout from a reality point of view, you will be successful. Spiritual awareness will eventually bear you out.....
Picture yourself alone, because you are.So it should be easy.and picture yourself the person who you want to be..isn't that easy?. Now count to three and snap your fingers, ,now be that person..

that's all I know about that so I suppose I will fill in some space here with an antic dote about global warming.
No one likes the winter.Winter is nice for about 2 months.then ,it sucks.the good news is,its a great time to hit the gym.You just show up,and do whatever you feel like doing..You can get into your inner whatever you are.that is the beauty of the principle of individual differences. That you,are special. And no one knows you, like you..You ability to understand yourself, will lead to new discoveries, and exiting opportunities .
thats pretty much all I have for this article so I am going to fill some space with an antic-dote I like to invoke .Its about how tiny japan sacked big fat china back in the day like the 30s or 40s and it was sick.
The Japanese were great warriors.they practiced exercise techniques that featured discipline, and intense spiritual awareness. The name of the game in old Asia, was structure. But structure includes tradition and that violates the principle in individual differences. The very principle that we as Americans hold so dear.that we celebrate. The principle that we are all different. That every person is special. That we can dream, and thats what makes us special.Just like the ferocious Japanese warrior,or the the cunning Shawnee brave. The ability to live in the moment...  the Shawnee brave were great hunters.they used incredible stealth with home made weapons,to kill enough wild animals to eat and make sinew out of the bones! What the heck is 'sinew'?
