Welcome back to the bargain bin. The article for today is about Dish Soap. Dish Soap is another common household product that we all use, and its money we pay for something that we wind up flushing down the drain.  This seemed to me like a good product that could use some investigating on how to save a bit of our change.

While during a search at a local store, my prayers were answered.  I found a lovely little invention that someone is undoubtedly making lots of money off of.  It is a little scrub pad that is attached to a tube.  You fill the tube with dish soap, and by pushing a little rubber button, dispense a small amount of soap into the scrubber on the end.  The days of filling a sink with water, and guesstimating how much soap you
should use are over. This handles all the details for you. All you have to do is scrub.  Ive already found since buying this lovely little invention that me and my husband have cut back on our usage of dish soap by 2/3.

I realize that dish soap isn't exactly a huge money pit in our budgets, but with things getting more expensive by the day, we have to save where we can.  A soap i would recommend for use is Ajax. Any scent works just fine, although i find the grapefruit scented particularly heavenly.  I would also recommend to buy one of the soap scrubbers that have the inter-changeable scrubbing head for extra savings.  This way you don't have to buy a whole new item each time. Try this out and comment back on what you think of it.  Check back for more money saving tips from the Bargain Bin!!
