I am a little looney, a student at the University of Central Oklahoma, a musician, and a wanna-be writer. I like beaches, sunsets, toilets, white walls, mops, and vacuums. Let's Dance!

Today was a pretty relaxed day as far as strength training goes. I'm not sure how much weight I'm actually putting on, but I'm definitely feeling really damned good.
Beginning weight 120.0
Meals: Breakfast - Tea, Protein Shake, apple
Lunch - Protein Shake, 2 servings of rice and rajma curry
Dinner - Rice, Rajma curry, apple
I may not have mentioned it before, but I drink as much water as possible. Pretty much any time I think about drinking water I get a glass of water. This is very important I think.
Exercises: Dance, Stair sets with 10 pound weights in each hand for 10 minutes (very intense), 100 right-hand jabs, 100 left-hand jabs, 100 right hooks, 100 left hooks, and footwork the entire time (also very intense).
End weight:
122.6
Like I said, today was a pretty relaxed day. I think I really should have included more vegetables in my diet. I'm wondering when the next time I'll eat meat is going to be, I missing some essential nutrients without meat and I'm also a little low on some complex carbohydrates. I desperately need to address these problems as I'm thinking they're what's causing a headache after I do intense cardio work. I'm not sure, but I'll have to experiment to find out. Also, I'm still not stretching as much as I should be. I'm not sure how to discipline myself enough to include stretches every day. I get so impatient. That could also be what's causing the headaches. I may just be pushing myself too quickly. As far as everything else goes, I couldn't be better. I'm getting a keloid removed from my right ear soon, so I think I'll have to discuss this with my doctor before the operation. I'm hoping I'll be able to continue. I can't imagine why I wouldn't be able to.
