Well, today wasn't so good. My ankle was is excruciating pain so I wasn't able to do much today, but I did manage to reach a much higher amount of calories today.

Morning weight: 121.0

Exercises: weighted leg raises, 2 mile walk (need to get my ankle checked out)

Meals: Breakfast - cup of tea, whey protein shake, apple, rice, stir-fried vegetables, and lentils.

             Lunch - Lentils and rice, whey protein shake

             Dinner - cup of tea, rice, apple, stir-fried vegetables,
Ice-cream.

Meditation: Practiced guitar for 1 hour. Haha I guess that counts.

End weight: 121.0

I'm not quite sure how my weight has remained exactly the same throughout the day... Although I'm not sure, I think playing the guitar has something to do with it because I always feel a little weaker after singing and playing for a while. So... Things I need to do are get my ankle checked out, make sure to include noteworthy stretches, and stop feeling so depressed. I'm not sure if trying to gain weight has anything to do with it, but I have been feeling very depressed today. Not so sure what the deal is with that. Maybe it's my ankle.
