I am a little looney, a student at the University of Central Oklahoma, a musician, and a wanna-be writer. I like beaches, sunsets, toilets, white walls, mops, and vacuums. Let's Dance!
So today I was looking at myself in the mirror and damn was it good. Wait, no. Actually I realized I am way too skinny. My ankle has been injured for a week, so I have been pretty immobilized, but I seriously need to gain weight. I feel like a stick figure. I have an extremely high metabolism, so possibly that’s most of the problem. Anyway, I’ve devised a great plan to remedy this situation! And it goes like this.
1. Consume at least 2500 calories each day and attempt to somehow balance my diet.
2. Stretch for at least 30 minutes every day
3. Follow stretching with a varied and rigorous 60 minute exercise regime
4. Run 30 minutes
5. Meditate
6. Go to sleep by 12:00 and wake up at 7:00
Now I’m not entirely sure if this will help, but we’ll see what happens.
Today my exercise consisted of light jogging (because of the ankle
injury), lunges, push-ups, leg raises with ankle-weights, and dumbell
(sp?) exercises.
Weight now: 119.6 pounds
If anyone has any suggestions, let me know.
