Diet foods with good success rates

  Here are some food that have been doing very well for some people on diets. I have even tried these foods and I am hear to tell you how good they really were!

If you like chips, the Baked Chips are actually very good. I prefer the Baked Cheeto's the best. The cheeto's are 5g of fat per serving and the serving size is 29 cheeto's. The original lays and cheddar cheese are good too. They are both 3g of fat per serving and 10 chips a serving. The dorito's are just okay. If you like popcorn the New Jolly Time Americans Best is very good and it is 94% fat free. It has 2g of fat per serving and 2.5 serving per bag. It tastes really good, but has hardly no butter. At the stores you could purchase some popcorn topper popcorn seasoning that is fat free, it will put some flavor on it. I also think that just eating turkey and ham sandwhiches is very good for you too. A little meat will not hurt you either, it gives you the protein your body needs.

  Here are some Beverages that are very good too. I definatly recommend the V8 Juice, it is very tasty. They have all different flavors and even smoothies. Your body needs juice, and I prefer the Juicy Juice 100% real juice. The have good flavors as well. If you want to substitute a meal, try Slim Fasts, I like the Chocolate, French Vanilla and the Strawberry. They really help control your hunger. Yesterday, I made my own smoothie with a blender and it was very tasty. I blended some cut up bananas, strawberries, and 1 tsp of vanilla, a spoon full of ice cream, and some milk. It was extremelly good, I highly recommend it. 

 As long as you eat healthy and exercise you can lose weight. It really takes some will power, but I have faith in you! Do not give up if you need to lose some weight, "YOU CAN DO IT". The first week you may experience rapid water weight loss, after the first week you will start to lose real body fat!
