I recently joined PnP, and was interested in how I could set up an AdSense account.  At the time, I had no other web site.

When you go to open an AdSense Account, (https://www.google.com/adsense/login/en_US/ ), the first thing it will ask you is your URL.  I tried submitting www.printnpost.com as my URL, but my request came back denied because I was not the site owner.  So, I decided I would need to be creative. 

I went to blogger.com and started my own blog site.  It's free, and actually provides a great place for me to write about my daughter.  Then, I used my new blog address as the URL to open my AdSense account.  It works great!  All of the other help articles re: AdSense make a lot of sense (no pun intended), now that my AdSense account is active.  Use the tutorials and advice offered here at PnP.
