I've tried several dishes from this ethnic group including Lumpia and ponset.  I much admit I was quite surprised to see how tasty and refreshing these and other items were.  It's comparable to chinese food, only with a better tast, & more fulfilling because they seen to use noodles instead of rice.  I searched out a joint called Chowking, which is common in California
I guess, but here in Vegas, there is ONLY 1 store!  Luckily, it's not too far away from the strip (it's on Maryland parkway).  In addition to that, when you enter this establishment, there is an entirely separate area called Seafood City that can accomadate just about any taste and craving.  The prices weren't too bad...a meal costing a little below five bucks.  I'd recommend this joint to all.
