Where to Get a Tattoo in Las Vegas, Nevada
Las Vegas, Nevada is probably one of the premier places in the world,
let alone in the region, to get a tattoo or body piercing. After all,
what is Las Vegas if not Sin City? Not that tattooing is necessarily
sinful. It's just that, while living it up Vegas style very few things
are as utterly cool as heading down to The Strip, having a few
cocktails, playing a few hands, letting loose and getting your new ink.
One problem, though, is that there are many different options to choose
from, some much less reputable than others. Here are the absolute best
tattoo parlors in Las Vegas:

Hart & Huntington at the Palms was made famous by its appearance on the show Inked, and also by the fact that it was founded by Carey Hart, a well-known motocross competitor. That is not, however, the reason that locals come back to Hart & Huntington again and again for tattoo work. Despite the shop's relatively astronomic prices, it has gained a reputation for having top-notch artists and piercers. In terms of custom body art design you simply won't find a better place in Las Vegas.

The one downside of Pussykat Tattoo, compared to other area tattoo parlors, is that they really prefer for customers to set up an appointment in advance rather than to just walk in to the shop. For visitors and tourists this can be a disadvantage. For residents of the Las Vegas area, on the other hand, it can be a great thing. Another great facet of Pussykat Tattoo is the simple fact that their artistry and design is spectacular while their prices remain reasonable. This is a rarely found combination in the contemporary body art scene and so Pussykat is definitely worth a visit.

Diversity is a Las Vegas staple when it comes to tattooing and piercing alike. It is a nice, clean, affordable tattoo parlor, but is probably best for those who are looking for a body piercing. This is largely due to the fact that Diversity does not excel at designing custom body art or helping customers with their own tattoo designs. Which is really this shop's biggest flaw. When it comes to customer service and friendliness, Diversity is sometimes lacking. So, as long as you don't need a super-friendly artist/piercer, this is a good place to go. Otherwise you might want to choose another place.
