I love the way you break down the "must-haves" into six clear categories. I look forward to reading more!

That is a great article! You have spelled it out exactly right as to what many people are trying to do by skipping something as important as their copy, while trying to find the easy answers. If you learn to make a great website, you will succeed. If you don't want to learn, you are wasting your time. I love the way you wrote it - it was fun to read! And, hopefully a wake up call to many!

This is excellent advice for anyone who expects to make more than a handful of change online. I have always wondered why people do not target their niche, and now I know. They are just too lazy and want it to fall into their laps as it used to when the internet was like the wild west.

Very true and right on TARGET! I like the way you use visual cues to "show" what you mean.

Having been online for 8 years I must say your article is spot on. While I am definitely not in the lazy category this statement is so true, "The more seasoned have figured out something is missing".
I used your webpreppro and am the most excited I have been in 8 years; instead of trying to be all things to all men, I am now focused on two target markets; and my site and copy kicks butt. My only regret is that I wish I knew how to do it right 8 years ago. |
