If you are writing articles and stories for Triond, you'll want to make sure that you maximize the experience, capitalizing on the time you invest in your submissions.
How do you do this?
It is important to use keywords in your title, as well as in your subhead and in your article body. My article Alternative Treatments for Anxiety earned 2978 page views its first month out of the starting gate, which translated into a pay rate of approximately 28 cents per word. And this was just in one month!
Pictures
It is a good idea to include photos with articles you write for Triond. This presents two advantages: at certain bookmarking sites, you can select a picture from your article which is available to readers, who will see it and be more likely to click on the link to the article; as well, pictures in your article body illustrate your main points, adding eye-appeal. Readers will be inclined to spend a longer time on your pages, which ultimately means they will be exposed to the advertising on those pages.
Check out this article with a picture of an African Grey parrot and then try to imagine the article sans the photo. As you can see, adding pictures to your Triond articles
is a win-win situation.
Where can you get pictures?

*Wikipedia
*Flickr
*Your own photos
If you are using photos from free sites, check the photo guidelines for use and credit your source or link back to the site. Save pictures in .jpg or .gif format and insert pictures into suitable spots throughout your article body.
Bookmarking Sites
Social bookmarking sites such as Digg or Delicious have a large user base and therefore are an excellent resource to showcase your work and drive traffic to your pages. StumbleUpon can generate massive amounts of traffic for you, if your article gets stumbled.
Links
Include links to your content in suitable places, such as your blog, in forums, and in e-mails.
Add Triond Widgets
Add Triond article widgets to your blog pages.
Keep these points in mind:
Quality of the content
Keywords
Topic popularity
Eye-appeal
These factors will determine the commercial potential of articles and stories you create for Triond.
Finally, write for Triond on a regular basis. If you implement these steps, your experience will be both rewarding and lucrative.

Hi Brian,
I searched for you over at Triond but could find neither your name nor your article. |
