Who's up for an iced latte, mocha frappuccino or hot cup of coffee? My guess is virtually everyone. Who doesn't love the modern coffee industry? However, did you know there was an alternative to forking out the dough on pricey lattes and cappuccinos?

The Coffee Industry is Massive!
When you hear the word COFFEE, you probably light up with a craving for your favorite latte, frappuccino or espresso concoction. This caffeine infused, somewhat addictive beverage holds strong in our everyday lives. Although countless medical studies claim coffee is not good for us and loaded with toxins, countless individuals continue to lust after the tasty beverage that keeps us on our toes in a non-stop world of hustle and bustle. In fact, the coffee industry is more massive now than it ever was in the past. With a vast array of coffee shops on every corner across America, there's no avoiding the aroma of those rich, taunting beans. The incomparable smell of perfectly roasted coffee lures us in like brainwashed cattle.

I first noticed coffee back in high school. I always assumed that coffee was not for me. I knew I would never be one of those stereotypical adults who make coffee several cups of joe part of their everyday lives. Okay, first of all, you should never assume things! The coffee industry had certainly snatched my attention by my junior year. So much for not following the adult trends. Now with espresso drinks all the rage, a fresh trend of the coffee industry was born.

When it comes down to it, we currently live in a world loaded with countless coffee options. When your parents and grandparents sipped on a hot cup of joe, the old Folders or Maxwell House was about all that was around. Those days are long gone, and thank God! The coffee industry is now flooded with tasty choices. You want a hot latte or an iced one? Maybe you prefer a mocha frapaccino or a plain and powerful shot of espresso? The possibilities are endless and awesome! The 1990's revolutionized the coffee industry. Starbucks hit street corners worldwide. Who'd of ever thought we'd see a billion-dollar fast food-style coffee house explode like that. It's nuts! I'm so pissed I didn't think of it first. Oh well.

Now being a coffee freak, myself, I can't complain about the java house explosion worldwide. In fact, I think most people can appreciate the coffee industry now days and the convenience we're provided with when we're craving a shot of tasty caffeine. Yes, the old-school drip coffee pots may become obsolete in the near future, only to be replaced by convenient and affordable espresso machines. Let's face it, we love the convenience of the drive-thru coffee houses, but the costs may break us down the road. Fortunately the modern espresso machines will surely keep us satisfied. Our daily caffeine fixes will not be squelched by money issues! While these trusty machines can cost you a pretty penny, no worries; they come with a wide range of price tags. You will find that they pay themselves off rather quickly. Say hello to the coffee industry and by by to the jacked up prices they demand! A freakin grande iced latte should not cost 4.35! I'll make my own.
