You've omitted a word--after the word "instant" you need another word, "uptick", "increase", amelioration" or some such noun.

Being the beautiful woman that I am, I just had to read this. I would say that conversation is number one. I would date an "okay" looking man that I could hold a conversation with rather than a "good" looking man that was to dumb to keep up his end of the conversation!

It's a myth that women don't care about physical appearance (unless they are after your money). If any guy needs special "tricks" to get with a woman, something is VERY wrong. Rather than giving men useless advice that will never work, tell them to start taking care of their appearance. The best way to project a TRUE Alpha Male vibe, is to take care of your body. Work out... often. Fat has an effeminate effect on men, plus it gives off the signal that you can't control yourself... and a REAL man is ALWAYS in control. Personality is secondary for me; I usually decide within the first 10 seconds of looking at a man, whether I want to be with him or not. But then, I'm not looking for a hubby; I have a job, and I'm not into emptying a guy's wallet.

This is all so complicated. I am a woman myself and not any less attractive. I like a man who is well dressed (does not mean expensive), just simple yet neat, looks fresh, sounds nice (does mean that he is nice) and smiles genially. I also like quite men. Loud and talkative men don't let me talk and observe. Please men learn not to treat women as vegetables (dumb and dumber) it is the biggest turn off. I never take another look at such men.

Conversation is an essential element to picking up a woman. You have to be a social master and if you are introvert computer nerd get out there and start talking! lol :0)
